Discussion of how Johnny got a FREE beer off of ebay while sampling another Dark Lord and talking about the Dark Lord days event!! Back with the White brothers again, Eric (amERICan™) and Erin (BREW™), the guys get into some oddly named and magical beers! In this episode of a hard and heavy (that's what she said) innuendo show, we explore the gargle technique of beer tasting, talk about some really weird fruits, peppers and some green experiences at places we have worked. Bottling discussions about some differences and pros/cons of in bottle carbonating vs force carbonating and yeast talk! How yeasts can effect the brew and how re-cycled yeasts evolve their own flavor profile over time. Finishing out this weeks episode, we bring up the story of the river beer again and a new story of a VERY special and enjoyable beach!
