Back with the White brothers again, Eric (amERICan™) and Erin (BREW™), the guys get into some oddly named and magical beers! In this episode of a hard and heavy (that's what she said) innuendo show, we explore the gargle technique of beer tasting, talk about some really weird fruits, peppers and some green experiences at places we have worked. Bottling discussions about some differences and pros/cons of in bottle carbonating vs force carbonating and yeast talk! How yeasts can effect the brew and how re-cycled yeasts evolve their own flavor profile over time. Finishing out this weeks episode, we bring up the story of the river beer again and a new story of a VERY special and enjoyable beach!

Episode 7: Our First Christmas

We are joined by our very first guest host and comedian Chillian Thomas! Talking heavy about the comedy show and Chillians introduction to the amazing SOB Barrel aged beer from Starr Craft, or at least what he remembers about it... Episode 6: The Special Dollar

The initial discussion of the new High Gravity beer brewed BY US that will be exclusively available at Starr Craft Brewery! Johnnys tales of a long weekend, Jims tales of the first raging bitch and of helping the neighbor with his lawn and flashbacks from Darrell and Jim of the recent comedy night and art gallery at the brewery. More talk of Jims nuts and where/when to get your hands on some of the savory deliciousness that are Jims Nuts! Did Darrell get a new nickname? Episode 5: Honey Honey Honey

Honey! Admit it, you read that as the "money money money" song and sang it didn't you? The guys get into honey this episode. From honey itself to mead and braggot, we touch on it all, hot honey too and where/when you can meet up with Mr. Jim and get your hands on some "Southern Roots Apiary" (NOT aviary) honey, Hot Honey and Hell Honey! We talk about the night we kept Darrell out too late and we got him in trouble with his ride home, oops... MAN that was a SUPER gingery mead!!

The Russians are coming!! Well, their beer is. In this episode we get into a PHENOMENAL and special release Russian Imperial Stout called Dark Lord! We talk about our very first review comment of the show before getting into our beers for the day and discuss Johnnys very first homebrew! Don't worry, we mix our general BS in throughout the episode as usual and get a special visit from an absolute legend of the brewery, Darrel SR! We also talk about some of our beer purchasing over the years online and the one and only fight Johhny has ever been in resulting in a black eye...
