Joined this week by Starr Craft regulars Steve and Maureen, our guests graciously share a fine selection of Scotch Whisky from their collection. In today's episode we learn why a bit of water is important in tasting techniques for Scotch, or any other liquor for that matter and they brought a unique drinking vessel that gets passed around later in the episode. A fun story about Johnny's mom from a trip their family made to Scotland years ago and toured one of the distillery's that makes a Scotch featured in this weeks episode. Along with some other stories, in particular from our guests of their time in Scotland (and a couple from Johnny from his time there), somehow everyone stays fairly on topic of discussion today so not too much to note here in the description... Finishing the episode out, Mr. Steve graces us with his rendition of the song "The Parting Glass".
