Episode 72: Woof WoofOnce again we at High Gravity would like to extend our heartfelt apologies to Bre's dad Carl, based on last weeks episode you should have had an idea this episode would be the same or worse than last weeks though so from here forward, it's on your sir, hope you enjoy the show otherwise haha! Starting with MOSTLY on topic beer conversation, from talking in weird accents (quite poorly) to talking about cheese and maggots, this one gets wild and is a contender for one of our most BS filled episodes! Definitely one of the most fun ones without a doubt though! Including a wild story about how odd young Johnny was back in the day from an old friend and Bre's brother Michael. A couple of quick side stories about first dates while ATTEMPTING to read a beer description, then it goes right back off the rails again. Getting somewhat back on topic, for a moment then back to some stuff about schooling (back to school, back to school, to prove...) for awhile... Everyone takes a couple moments for a special cheers and shout out to all our moms, and all the moms everywhere! Then we get back into strip club talk before ending with a short and odd discussion about the Bibs and Brews event coming to town in March.

Episode 71: Bre's WifeJoined by Commercial House owners Craig and Bre, the guys start out similar to last week with a few fairly strong breakfast themed beers. Speaking with our guests, we get into some discussion of the restaurant, some of the building revisions since they bought it and plans of the future. Getting into the BS, our guests are fitting RIGHT in with the guys and it only gets better from there! Moving into a bit of liquor talk, the guys TRY to get back on topic with a new beer then go back off topic again, then it's just back and forth for awhile before the show goes DEEPLY into the bullshit element of the show. We at High Gravity would like to extend our heartfelt apologies to Bre's dad Carl, we are sorry. Not really though, she knew what she was getting into and you knew about the show before you listed so really it's on you at this point! After a short break, everyone picks right back up with the BS, getting into a final beer of the show we all had DID NOT have high hopes for and a story of when Johnny drank some beer for dogs...

Episode 69: Dog and Pony ShowStarting off with a bit of a "whose is bigger" comparison, the guys start off with a warm welcome to a pair of regular guests, the brothers White, Eric (amERICan™) and Erin (BREW™). They have brought a few interesting beers for everyone to try and give us some details on one of the newest updates in the beer crypto world "Coinbevai". Conversations this episode are a bit all over the place, from knives to peppermint rimming and maps, wolves swimming for days, milking almonds, there is BS a plenty throughout this episode. All that considered, and next to the discussion of missing delivery food there is still PLENTY of actual beer discussion eventually morphing into some home brewing talk and kegging tips/tricks too. Finishing out the episode the guys get into some beer crypto talk and general crypto discussions and stories before closing out until next week.

Episode 66: Surprise VisitorsA couple of surprise visitors (Johnny's friends Ed and Sara along with their daughter) stop by to say hello and one of them (Ed) got thrown onto the mic for part of the episode. Starting off otherwise with a quick flashback to the Hulk Hogan beer, then continuing on with the episode in Quad beers! This is a fun one for Mr. Ed as he is kind of new to most of this kind of stuff! Oh and apparently the whole eagle thing happened AFTER we recorded this episode, as of recording it WAS NOT official though is now. There is a decent mix and amount of BS and beer talk in this episode, don't THINK we broke the new guy this round, so he'll probably be back at some point. Got into a bit of a discussion of Whiskey and Bourbon and a bit off topic from there, at some point circled back though after a roast of poor Johnny... There was energy drink talk again and some other stuff too. Also, big shout out to Matt Busch and his project "Aladdin 3477", going to have him on as a future guest so be sure to check him and the movie out on one of the many streaming platforms it will be out on!

Episode 64: Baron The Hulk

Episode 64: Baron The HulkThe guys are joined again by one of their first guests on the show John Baron and get into a few good beers including the Hulk Hogan beer! Recording from a new location in the Starr Craft backroom in preparation for the bottle share event following this session, please excuse some of the extra noise in this episode; though admittedly the echo does have a neat effect at a few points! The show starts out fairly normal, though gets into a new beverage naming scheme that is REALLY probably not a great idea to actually try... Also, Johnny DEFINITELY meant to say ground venison, NOT ground beef, oops haha. Moving onto some of the BS element, Johnny AGAIN tries to bring things back to the regular show content. Then it's back and fourth between beer and BS the rest of the episode, OH! except a special except from Carol, THEN back to BS and beer the rest of it...

Episode 63: Carol's Back

Episode 63: Carol's BackSomehow the guys managed to convince Carol to come back on the show, does she regret it? Maybe after the way some of this episode goes! Starting right off with a wonderful Marzen from one of our favorite breweries 3 Floyds, and moving into one giving Jim some trouble opening that seems to compare to Johnny's dating life (note to Johnny, don't ever make that sound again though please...) Moving back into the beverage since Jim got it opened finally, they talk cider for a bit before a slight side track into some controversial meat availability before getting back to beer... Moving into why some bottles should be stored on their side and then into some discussion of social media before a quick flashback story to the show Johnny used to do "Wheelin" with a good friend of his Keith. After a rather different description of the next beverage they FINALLY get back to the show content, a mead in this instance, Darrell comments on a food competition that a Starr Craft regular Lois invited him to. Quick discussions on other breweries and other random stuff thus fulfilling the third element of our show! Anyways, I'm done with writing this again so just listen to the show and enjoy! Or not, whatever...
